Return & Exchange
Orders from our online shop can be returned within our 14-day return period, which counts from the delivery date of the package. For returns the costs will be charged to the customer. If the customer orders the return shipment himself, the full order value will be refunded after the arrival of the package in our headquarters. However, if the customer wishes to return the goods on our behalf, the below indicated return costs will be deducted in any case from the refund. The returns are handled with our logistics partner UPS.
- Italy: € 9,00
- EU: € 12,90
- Non-EU: € 80,00
- The products have to be unworn and unwashed in their original condition
- The security seal as well as the price tag have to be undamaged
- Returning several goods at once is only possible if packed within one package
- If these conditions are not fulfilled, we cannot accept your return request.
Procedure of return consignment:
- Apply for a return consignment via email to email@example.com.
- Please indicate the product number and the desired compensation
- You will subsequently receive our return tag and we will organize the pick-up of your package
- As soon as the package arrives at our office, we will check the condition of the product and initiate the recompense. You will receive an email on the incoming of the transport.
- The refund is conducted solely through the used payment method.

Orders from our online shop can be exchanged free of charge within the EU and within our 14-day withdrawal period (14 calendar days from date of delivery).
- The free exchange is possible only in a different size and color of the same article
- The goods has to be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed)
- The security seal and the label have to be intact
- All details like extra buttons, mounts, original shoe boxes with shoes etc. have to be undamaged and complete
- The return of several products has to be done in ONE package
- Unfortunately, we do not offer replacements from outside of the EU.
