Return Policy
The revocation right can be exercised within our 14-day return period. For returns the costs will be charged to the customer. If the customer orders the return shipment himself, the full order value will be refunded after the arrival of the package in our headquarters. However, if the customer wishes to return the goods on our behalf, the below indicated return costs will be deducted in any case from the refund
Merchandise eligible for return must be unused, unworn, and in good condition with original hangtags and packaging attached and must be returned within 14 days.
Items purchased through any of our physical shops must be returned to the place of purchase.
Return procedure
1. Apply for a return consignment via email to customerservice@maximilian.it.
2. Please indicate the product number as well as the order number.
3. You will subsequently receive our return tag.
4. As soon as the package arrives at our office, we will check the condition of the product and initiate compensation.
5. The refund is conducted solely through the payment method used.
