Shipping & Delivery
We always want to keep you in the loop of your order. As soon as your parcel is embarking on its thrilling journey, you receive a link to keep track of the shipment anytime.
Our delivery options and costs may vary. View what's currently available at checkout.
We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends) of it being accepted. It may take a little longer during sales and busy periods. Stay tuned for an email as soon as it leaves us with tracking details.
If any items are damaged in transit, please contact customer services immediately. We will work with you to replace your item as soon as possible. If we are able to find a replacement, we will send it to you free of charge and ask you to return the damaged/defective item to us using our free returns service.
Return & Refund
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return any or all of your order.
Remove any original shipping labels and affix the prepaid return label to the outside of the box before sealing.

You will subsequently receive our return tag
Once the package arrives at our office, we will check the condition of the product and initiate the refund process. You will receive an email when the return is received.
The refund will only be made via the payment method used.

Please note that we only accept returns of products purchased online that are unused, unworn and in their original packaging.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment used for the original purchase within 5-10 working days of us receiving your returned product.
Your refund will include the cost of the item plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturer error or shipping error on our part. Please note that the refund time frame may vary depending on the payment method and processing time between payment providers.

Payment Options
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will automatically receive a confirmation mail with our bank details after your purchase. You have 3 working days to complete the transfer. After this period the purchase will be cancelled.
When paying by PayPal, you will be taken directly to the PayPal website to complete your transaction.
Got a promo code? Using it is a breeze: on the checkout page, enter your MAXIMILIAN promo code in the designated box.
We will pay the duties for the United States up to an order value of $799.
Within the EU there are no duties or taxes to pay. For shipments outside the EU, we deliver DDU (delivery duty unpaid). This means that all customs and/or additional charges and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
You are always welcome to collect your order directly from one of our MAXIMILIAN stores. You can select this delivery option on the checkout page. See you there!
